With the tried and true Freefly designed F45 motors, the Astro is our original, reliable, compact industrial drone solution.
Each Astro Map includes the the basics of your mapping or inspection drone kit:
- Astro Drone
- (simple tools, props, Smart Dovetail payload mount, landing gear and some spare bits)
- Ships in Astro Quick Deploy Travel Case, which holds Astro with legs deployed and payload mounted, small accessories, and up to 6 batteries.
- Freefly Mapping Payload
- 61MP Sony Alpha 7R IV + Sigma 24mm f3.5 lens
- Quick-detach, vibration isolated Freefly gimbal
- Ships mounted to Astro in the case, ready to deploy

Notes
- Pilot skill with Manual Mode is required for Emergency Procedures. Learn more
- Astro uses two Freefly SL8-Air batteries per flight (not included in this kit). We recommend 4 SL8 batteries and 2 SL8 Fast Chargers to get flying.
- Works with RTK GPS Ground Station, through a user-supplied ground station computer (optional)
